Project summary

The project involved the construction of a footbridge at the eastern end of the District and Hammersmith & City island platform at West Ham station. A pedestrian walkway from this footbridge was then intergrated running approximately parallel to the tracks with a staircase down to what was previously a disused car park behind the British Transport Police building. The disused car park was re-graded and resurfaced and forms a new functional car park.
